By requesting a quote or engaging Fast Forward Cleaning for service, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Our Services
Fast Forward Cleaning provides commercial janitorial, restroom sanitizing, move-out and make-ready cleaning, parking lot and trash pickup, and window cleaning services across our East Texas service area.
Quotes & Estimates
Quotes provided over the phone, by form, or during an initial walkthrough are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing is confirmed after a walkthrough of your facility and may be adjusted to reflect the actual scope of work.
Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask for reasonable advance notice to schedule, reschedule, or cancel service. Specific scheduling terms for recurring service will be outlined in your service agreement.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your service agreement or invoice. Please reach out to us directly with any billing questions.
Insurance & Liability
Fast Forward Cleaning is covered by our insurance company for up to $1,000,000 in property damage. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the terms of that coverage and applicable law.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, tell us and we will make it right.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
