Yes. Fast Forward Cleaning is covered by our insurance company for up to $1,000,000 in property damage. We have never needed to file a claim.
What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
Tell us and we will make it right. If you are not happy with the service you are receiving, we will come back and fix it.
Do you offer recurring janitorial service?
Yes. Our Full Restroom Clean is full service on the frequency you choose, and our janitorial service can run nightly, weekly, or on whatever schedule your facility needs.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, our crew arrives fully equipped for the job, from restroom sanitizing supplies to trash pickup equipment for the parking lot.
Do I need to be on-site while you work?
No. Most of our clients have us in after hours or arrange access ahead of time. We coordinate directly with property managers and business owners.
